Creator of The Hope Chronicles
Someone once asked me to describe my blog, The Hope Chronicles.
I looked at them and replied, “It’s a blog about hope!”
“Really, Kathy?” was the response followed by a shaking of the head.
It got me thinking:
If someone with limited time wanted to read about hope and had to search through tons of blogs—what would separate mine from the others?
I am a storyteller.
I draw inspiration from personal experience, hearing someone else’s story, or through entertainment. I then take the story and spin it with an element of hope.
Every story has hope—even if it’s invisible to most people.
However, when I write the story, I don’t always give it an ending.
I’ve found that most of the hardships, sadness, and frustrations come from the middle of the story. Hope is hard to see in the middle of a story because we are rushing to get through the hard parts. It’s in that “middle” is where we find hope.
When you can see hope, it makes the journey more bearable.
And where there’s hope, there’s a way.
